This case study video, produced by the University of Exeter through the ARCA project, focuses on Camel CSA, a not-for-profit community-run local food enterprise. Set up in 2009, it is the most long-standing CSA in Cornwall.
The group’s main aims are to:
• Produce & share healthy, seasonal, local food,
• Connect people with the land where their food is grown,
• Improve food security, increase resilience, and reduce food miles,
• Mitigate climate change and enhance biodiversity.
