Towards a Sustainable Food Cornwall – report 2021

This report was co-created by Sustainable Food Cornwall’s founding team of citizen researchers and food activists. It sets out the result of surveys, workshops and individual focussed discussions with over 200 individuals and organisations in the voluntary and community, public and private sectors, and presents their views on the present food system in Cornwall, the problems it poses and what a sustainable food system might look like.

Contributors included consumers, farmers, growers, fishers, food processors, food retailers, food banks, hospitality, social services, gleaners, town planners, health specialists and local authority members and officers.
